As Chairman, Scientific Committee and President elect IACM, it is my proud privilege to invite all the delegates and faculties attending the 38^th Annual Conference of IACM – IACMCON 2024, scheduled to be held from September 27 to September 29 at the picturesque and vibrant city of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Our Continuous endeavor in IACM has been to keep pace with the rapidly advancing knowledge and changing paradigms in the field of medical sciences.  This conference will provide an excellent platform to the internists from all across India for scientific exchange and meaningful discussion.  The Scientific Committee is leaving no stone unturned in formulating an innovative and interactive program covering the core knowledge and major advances in the ever expending field of internal medicine.  IACM has been continuously trying to reestablish the art of clinical medicine and judicious use of technology to help in diagnosis based on clinical acumen.

Organizing Committee headed by Dr. D.C. Sharma is working tirelessly to make this Conference as a testament to excellence in hospitality.
